Rochester Paranormal

This time of year by far is more unknown with things now lurking within the extended length of night increasing with each passing day until the time of Winter Solstice.

It can be a solemn time reflecting death and rebirth as much of the natural world within a northern seasonal climate will hibernate by drawing deep within itself. While those species which do not hibernate may find itself tested by the harshness of the season which also will separate the strong from the weak in further assuring a breeds survival.

Late fall and winter can also be a time of desolate beauty with its barren trees and majestic starry night filled skies while nothing remains to prevent even the slightest breeze from frolicking to and fro across a now naked landscape.

In olden days your wood supply would have been at its peak while your gardens bounty would now be stored away for gradual consumption through what once was known as leaner times.

Magick had likewise abounded during the darker cold months as such weather would draw people closer to the hearths fire in sharing tales and knowledge while raising spirits and keeping warm.

The presence of spirits is felt more this time of year as many more people stay indoors for both warmth and protection along with the fact that fewer now can afford to spend any additional money for entertainment.

It is wise for everyone to protect themselves and their home against an unintentional invasion by what may be hostile entities and spirits seeking out an unprotected habitation for which to claim as its own.

Call in the Ghost Busters or some other paranormal group offering to cleanse and bless your home against spiritual marauders?

Well not unless you’re stupid and like the idea of permitting strangers into your home which might bring in other elements such as diseases or worse within the sanctity of your home and family when you can conduct your own blessing all by yourself.

Remember, it’s your home, and nobody knows your home better than you do.

First you will need a light weight deep bowl. Some table salt. A pinch or two of your favorite dried flowers or herbs. Should you have any favorite scented oil a couple drops of that would be also good.

Now, first you add two of your fingers thickness of water to the bowl.

Add a pinch or two of whatever salt you have handy.

Add a pinch or two of your favorite dried flower or herb or both.

Add two drops of your favorite scented oil should any such exist.

At this point you must think of a prayer you would like to use in protecting your home. It can either be well known like the Lords Prayer. Or any other prayer you may happen to like. Or even one you can make up yourself.

Remember what is most important is intent. Because if you don’t feel it then it may not contain the potency you require.

Now as you begin reciting your prayer, stir the mixture slowly clockwise 13 times with the index finger of whichever hand you use the most meaning if you’re right or left handed.

Should you be ambidextrous don’t be a smart ass and just pick a damn finger!

Once done you will then wet the palm of your hand and press it against all four sides inside your home including any second floor which will create a shield against spiritual intruders on every level of your home.

Nothing guaranteed results may vary

But compared to doing nothing just take a look at our image representing some of what is floating around outside this very minute which may or may not be harboring the best intentions.

When anyone performs spell work and especially outdoors there is always the risk of attracting spiritual elements because of the forces which are being utilized. Now many of your wannabe mighty magick users think magick circle and poof send them packing back to the gates of hell.

Actually it’s much more complex than that and requires a hell of a lot of discipline that many are just too lazy to consider.

But when you’re performing magick of any kind any spirit be it light or night will come to investigate like a shark in the ocean which means you better be powerful and be ready for anything even if it means you might not come back out alive.

Hostile spirits are a fact of magickal life and like any other spirit will require experience to contain and control or else it will do so to you. And this is why it is wise to take precautions in protecting your home and loved ones from such forces.

Because when dealing with the paranormal it is always best to be prepared.

Seeming to defy the norm of what might be expected of a humid volume of air or other form of particle airborne contaminates normally producing multiple orb like signatures is the phenomena known as The Solitary Orb.

For one the Solitary Orb is a singular expression which appears in rather rouge like fashion in defiance and complete absence of any atmospheric condition normally attributed in the creation and subsequent appearance of orbs. Which is something not wasted on most investigators and researchers who still maintain the potential of orb phenomena as yet another unappreciated denizen of the unknown.

Characteristically they are usually of great size and either dull or reflective in appearance.

And some have even been reported of creating a feeling of being watched by those within close proximity.

Now it is possible that such phenomena may be the byproduct of some local rare atmospheric disturbance of some kind.

But until we know better I might suggest further study and the continuance of an open mind.

I live a rather spiritual and often times unusual existence which is always filled with strange occurrences. Which I just happen to enjoy sharing with people publicly as a means of connecting with others so they know they’re not alone in having such experiences.

In time I became a unique expert on such matters because when I was much younger there were no experts for which to seek and enlist their assistance in exploring and seeking answers into the unknown. So back then I took what I knew from personal experience and proceeded down my own path.

And while living in Ontario County had I been Canandaigua Fingerlakes first newspaper article on a paranormal investigator long before Ghost Hunter Jason Hawes had ever left his home town before establishing TAPS in New Jersey.

It’s been a long road filled with many moments of intrigue and mystery which only seem to lead towards even more unanswered questions. Which represents only part of the allure which is investigating the paranormal.

But sometimes you need a break from it all. Or at least a moment to focus your mind on other things which are normally part of the human experience. With mine involving spending time with the family along with cooking, music, reading and writing, and even conducting a bit of star gazing and weather watching. My mind has always rebelled against stagnation. Where often in life one may find themselves penniless and yet may enrich themselves through the limitless bounty of information which exist freely in our society.

A decent accreditation may seem beyond your financial means and yet nothing but perhaps illiteracy and patience may prevent you from a self taught education. Where society through media has crafted the concept that all paranormal investigators must acquire and achieve success through “their” instruction in order that anyone may find acceptance within this particular field.

And yet when I first had entered this path of discovery there existed no experts per say as opposed to the many which had multiplied once the paranormal had been found both profitable and marketable. So when these same people are found talking down about those who had acquired personal experience and knowledge through means outside “their” control, I find it all rather humorous.

Being self taught in this field had provided numerous advantages and never ending possibilities in permitting absolute unrestricted freedom which inevitably lead towards successfully reaching much further into the unknown. Not for personal glory or aggrandizement, but as an independent explorer marking the way through some great unknown for which others might eventually follow.

The position of any type of investigator or researcher is one which requires selfless dedication in seeking the truth no matter how painful any revelation may be, where often we find ourselves providing voice and detailed background for those whose existence and background may otherwise never been known.

Eventually we often later discover that our frequent travels through the unknown had forged a permanent connection back to our own existence. Where when least expected will the boundaries between this world and those beyond rational comprehension become obscured and non existent where sheer strength of consciousness is all that brings us back from the Twilight Zone.

It was dark outside my home in Rochester when this picture was taken.

There was no outside lighting at the exact moment of capture but only a sensation of slight disorientation and a feeling of conscious movement all sharing relative space and time.

What remains is the question of who was where at that precise moment.

But as I’ve shared before our home is haunted.

Demons Abroad In Rochester

For as many times as we have been attacked and slandered and harassed by local groups in our region.

And as often that famous personalities associated with Ghost Hunters and even Paranormal State had found it necessary to side with such people and attempt to empower them that had acted unprofessionally against us.

But we still achieve an objective which continuously eludes them both.

We are not competitive but can not be blamed for being protective of our name sake while we generally remain silent against those who continue still publicly maligning us which have even gone so far as to involve local media.

Still we continue and still we prevail in sharing evidence of an alternate reality even when so many others remain opposed and go so far as to attempt to discredit and deny us our validity while promoting their own agenda.

Demons come in many forms.

Some of which are not all in spirit but exist amongst us in human form.

The demons imaged here with this posting were captured downtown East Main Street in Rochester New York.

Their purpose for being where they were sighted remains unknown.

Though one may be assured that some form of violence will inevitably follow.

Another example of photography which challenges the visual observational prowess of the human mind, in attempting to decipher an unknown with something of more familiar pattern, within the confines and complexity of an indigenous dimensional environment.

Cemetery Abstraction

Skeptics will give you their logic in proving that anomalous phenomenon such as ghosts and ufo’s do not and could not exist. But since simply convincing the public had not shown any positive results did an eventual new breed of skeptic emerged over the last few years which used tactics such as ridiculing and insulting anyone who ever dare attempt sharing their encounters with the unknown.

And yet people everyday around the world continue to report of having paranormal experiences.

Many religions will inform their congregations that all spirits are evil and of the devil which should be always avoided provided anyone believes that such things exist.

It is reported that some Psychologists will attempt to convince their patient of being delusional or even Schizophrenic when they speak of their experiences with the paranormal. Which in some instances would be a proper diagnosis even though it may fall short as an all encompassing explanation regarding every reported experience.

In many sections of the country the paranormal community has lost a large degree of it’s credibility due to it’s inundation by free speaking, free writing, attention grabbing, back stabbing, profiteering groups, who in spite of all they claim and say they do provide nothing more of evidence than the occasional orb or car exhaust photo as a means of saying, “look at me” and “if my name is everywhere then I must be the best” in the community.

But like all things in nature nothing is ever permanent and eventually even the public in time show signs of being able to see for themselves the differences between good and evil, and of what’s true or intentionally false. And if anything can make or break the news of any reported occurrences it is the overall strength and intensity of public opinion. Where public opinion, whether favorable or not, will usually influence most people as to if they publicly report an experience or not.

As for those whose focus is more on investigations and research, it becomes paramount that we present our findings even at the risk of being ridiculed. Our reputation questioned. Or become the ire of media. For the truth is out there, even though it may not assume any shape or form which we may deem acceptably normal.

To easily ignore and simply explain away such occurrences serves no other purpose than to continue promoting a society indifference towards anything which may exist and influence those who have assumed control of all public opinion. Where then most may be influenced to only accept the discoveries of one particular group or program where then anyone else’s findings are reduced in consideration or completely ignored. Whereby doing so will you find that the very core value of truth is then forever tainted by the falsehood of those more self serving.

Considering the existence of any such phenomena in time would result in further expansion of our own conscious awareness into other realms of existence and belief now only blocked by a rigidly controlled perception, intentionally ingrained by generation after generations of warnings and half truths, by propaganda styled accusatory finger pointing towards the often vulnerable and innocent of society in distracting more focus from the true source of evil in our midst.

So while the philosophical debating on whether or not such phenomena as the paranormal or supernatural truly exists, while the very same people that every American had given their trust and had voted them into office, continues to lead our great country down a hall of mirrors as they maybe prepare us to abandon what precious little remains of our civil liberties and freedoms, will such phenomena as shadow beings, ghosts, and every other thing which goes bump in the night continue forevermore.

Now when you deny the existence of anything you automatically restrict its influence and thus gain control of it within your perception. For this is how most people are able to conquer fear or gain dominance over any element which exists outside any controlling influence.

Interesting though that beyond the protective threshold of our lights does primal fear of the unknown still exist on a far more personal level.

It is said that the more things change the more they stay the same.

Believe it.

Wandering Ghost

There exist numerous locations dotting the Western New York landscape which have been documented as having been the sight of some form of anomalous paranormal activity.

Where each location is known by its own distinction and regional characteristics.

Western New York is a beautiful region to explore for leisure and even elements involving the unknown.

And Canandaigua, New York, is one of my more favorite locations because of its blending of unique businesses and scenic natural beauty.

Canandaigua, New York, like many other communities, is also known for its more historical based locations. Many of which through the years have produced reports of haunting activity.

Many of which go unreported or only shared in private conversations.

Last weekend we had toured the Western New York region which had also included a stopover for dinner and ghost hunting in Canandaigua, New York. Where we had found ourselves exploring one of the many naturally scenic Canandaigua cemeteries.

Where it would seem that such a beautiful day in such a lovely location had brought out both the living and her ghosts into the sunshine.

Standing amidst the gravestones, Rochester, NY, Professional Psychic Medium “Ms. Cindy Lee” of Mystic Solutions had captured the image of this wandering spirit within one of Canandaigua’s many cemeteries during mid afternoon.

The figure appears to be a man in a black coat or cloak making its way through one section of cemetery before vanishing from view.

Canandaigua, New York, is well known for its spirits involving the regions fine wines.

But also for its ghosts.
