I found this such an interesting recent radar image on the Eastern central half of the United States that I thought of sharing even though it has nothing to do with the paranormal.

  1. There are 2 settings on the NEXRAD Doppler radars used by the National Weather Service. Precipitation mode which is what most of us are familiar with when we see rain, snow and storms on the computer or television. When there is no precipitation like they have from the Ohio Valley down to the Gulf Coast then radar go into what is called Clear Air Mode. This is a more sensitive setting. It is so sensitive that what you are seeing green around he radar site there is no precipitation or “Spotty Weather” It is the Radar beam being impacted by more moisture in the air which is causing it too “see” things that are not there. -Brian Neudorff Meteorologist WROC News 8 & Paranormal Enthusiast

  2. Mr. Neudorff I am honored by your presence and thank you for your in depth explanation.

  3. You are welcome, this has been an area of interest to me for sometime, even before it exploded all over cable television. Is there anyway I can contact you or someone to learn more about the group? Not sure if you need the service of an atmospheric scientist. Would love to talk more about this and see what your group is about. My intentions are just to learn more about the paranormal and the area I live. Thank you, you can contact me either through the station email or personal email which I will include in this comment.
