Unless Monroe Ghosts have obtained from me a signed model release form, Monroe Ghosts should consider any use of my images in violation of copyright and right-to-privacy law and thus is ordered to remove from any and all their sites my image plus cease and desist in any and all further actions against myself and this organization.

The last time I checked, the Internet is a free media. Your website itself does not make you money; although some of your services do. If another organization posts a picture or excerpt of one or more of your services and claims it as their own, then you have a case. What you are doing with this is exposing your fear of others.
I have kept tabs on you guys for years, believe me. And there is nothing wrong with being afraid of being outdone by another group, even if they have to cheat to obtain this temporary gain.
Rhetorical question: Are you cheating others or hurting people to get ahead? -No. Big deal. If I had a dollar for every person who spoke ill of me or used something I said out of context, I would be a veritable millionaire.

Did a Google search under Rev. Chuck Wilson which he calls himself through another website where he offers wedding ceremonies through what looks like a mail order license which anyone can acquire by just making a request.

Looks like chucky really knows how to make friends.
