I am truly sorry Ms. Stacey Jones founder of Central New York Ghost Hunters since 1997, but your organization is not the “oldest” nor is it the first in New York State especially as this paranormal organization had first gone into operation as early as 1982!
In fact my status as a New York State registered priest through my tradition which became official on September the 6th 1996 still establishes me before you had ever founded your first group.
I for one do not appreciate your unprofessional acerbic unethical corralling of everyone within New York so you may further elevate your own now questionable status.
Your words are harmful, spiteful, and needlessly hateful, of which does nothing to support your contention that all others within the New York paranormal field are secondary when compared to your own driving ambitions along with those whom you have approved equally worthy.
Please consider my expressions as one of dismay as opposed to what you might normally consider as that combative in nature while perhaps reconsidering your present stance which now has been proven erroneous and highly biased towards others who may not fit within your ascribed present utopia.
You’ll find the link to Ms. Stacey Jones public opinion underneath her full photograph entitled “Also Check Out: Go On”.
Director J. Burkhart is an independent, innovative, psychic medium paranormal researcher with more than 30 years field experience involving anomalous, cryptozoological, diabolical possessions, hauntings, indigenous shamanic, and ufological exploration.
Ewww. I read the “Go On” article and all I can say is – yuck. She’ll be embarrassed by that thing once she gives herself a moment or two to think it over, because really, there is nothing she says or does that really differentiates herself form the pack. And such is her to desire to paint “other” investigators as irrational that the examples she cites are so bizarre they call her contact with reality into question. My analysis: Arrogant blowhard who under ill fitting suit feels uncomfortable and insecure. Really. You can feel it under the writing.
After getting an email pointing out this post on your site, I am surprised that you J. Burkhart would not feel comfortable sending me your thoughts. As you well know, there are several questionable organizations out there that are doing more harm than good (WNY Paranormal being one of them). I see groups that have popped up over the last 10 years that throw false accolades out there, like they have meaning. These false certifications and credentials are harmful to anyone seeking help and to groups who have been established and trying to help those in need.
As far as you making accusations that I have “unprofessional acerbic and unethical” standards, this is a tall accusation that has no merit. In 1996, there were NO PARANORMAL organizations listed in any web search in New York. I searched for groups to join and found none. So I formed my own.
I never painted my self as being different from any other person out there, I only ask that every person use their judgment when calling in people to conduct an investigation. People who will keep their clients best interest first, not ones who use false accolades.
By reading tour post, and your lack of professionalism in contacting me and sharing your concerns, tells me that you would rather get on YOUR soapbox and preach, than keep an open professional line of communication.
My dear Ms. Jones how you accuse me of hawking my opinions from the top of a soapbox while you grandstand in defiance against me after I had stated my position as stemming from dismay.
I responded publicly because you had stated publicly on your site: “We have been around since 1997. We are the largest and oldest group in the State of New York.” Where in one fell swoop you had delivered your proclamation of contempt against any and all groups involved within the Western New York region.
Your following statement: “Since starting the group in 1997, 20 organizations have popped up in New York.” Which presuming was meant to make nice to any groups which might have existed before the formation of your own while the stinging impression of your prior statement was just beginning to welt and throb, would not so easily be ignored.
Regarding your internet search of groups existing in New York prior to 1997, I had never personally operated nor owned a computer until the year 1995. So does this negate the fact of paranormal based groups and organizations prior existence regarding that of greater accessibility of computers or even the internet?
No, it certainly does not.
Since you claim you are a priest, please proceed to preach to your congregation, if it makes you feel better. Have a great Halloween Season.
Being a priest is not about preaching to people.
It is about being in service to humanity.
Perhaps this is a concept you may want to consider when dealing with your clients.
And in the spirit of humanity I wish you and yours always well.
But do watch for those demonic shadows.
They may appear banished. But may stalk you for years waiting for any true sign of weakness.
Karen’s comment has been removed for the following reasons…
Letter by Dwayne Claud of Western New York Paranormal.
“Burkhardt -
You have 24 hours to remove the slander from your website regarding western new york paranormal, myself and my wife. You will be hearing from my attorney. I have copies of everything you have ever posted, along with all e-mails you have sent to others pretending to be me, as well as those slandering me. It’s amazing how easy it is to trace IP addresses. All have been forwarded to my attorney.
D”
Not sure if thats D for “Duh” or maybe D for Dracula but I’m sure we can all guess.
I’m sorry Karen, but evil in the city of Rochester always gets its way.
Ah Karen, look what you have caused me….
From Dwaybe Claud: The next reply is from my attorney.
Karen you bad girl I must insist you post your love letters to Dwayne some place else from now on…
Dwayne’s group had been relentlessly attacking this site for several days until they had forced me to block their IPs. Dwayne talks about IPs being so easily traced where the same works both ways.
Tracy’s comments really fueled their rage to no end and the written testimony about Dwayne and several members from WNY Paranormal interrogating a 20 something Wiccan female during a paranormal investigation case eventually accusing her of being a Satanist and responsible for demons possessing this particular home also had them stating that the whole story was fabricated as a means to hurt Dwayne and his group.
Now this Karen posts a commentary and now Dwayne is threatening to sick an attorney on me.
This guy has proven himself nothing but bad news and just enjoys hurting people who he feels are trying to prevent him from getting to the top in the community.
What gets me is that it was always ok for him to slander others and always get away with it because he would always threaten to take people to court.
Perhaps this Stacy Jones should check out Dwayne’s site WNY Paranormal and read what he wrote about her and her son where he’s pissed off because she has gotten so much good press over the Discovery channel.
Maybe Stacy might want to drag Dwayne into court.
I mean opinions are opinions right?
At least the last time I checked they were but then who ever really knows…
Much more on this as things might continue.
You guys are unbelievable. Whaahhh!
Don’t worry. Your reputation precedes your incessant posts about how much better you are than everyone else.
We will continue to let the world know how much of a joke you are.
By the way, we are NOT a paranormal investigation group. We are members of the public! Just stopping by to let you know how much you look like a total joke!
Thank you for posting “John Q. Public”.
Especially as now that the public can see for themselves the type of harassment and behavior groups like our own receive from the supporters of “Dwayne Claud” which normally is kept from public view so as not to lower the quality of our own site to that of his supporters.
As I’ve stated before, Dwayne Claud loves the attention whether it be positive or negative.
Beyond that…. Whatever.
Sounds like she is scared that there’s a Paranormal group close to her front door. Why can’t she just accept the fact that there are other oraganizations and groups out there? Just collaborate and compare notes. Maybe without the hate, we might just find out what’s really out there.
By the way, I would love to work with your group. There is one here in Orleans county, but they haven’t gotten back to me. Please feel free to email me anytime.
Thanks again!!
